Responsibilities include first-chair defense of physicians, hospitals and other providers from assignment through verdict, with a roughly monthly to bimonthly trial cadence; you will manage your own client and carrier relationships in a hybrid Philadelphia setting.

Qualificações

• Deep medical malpractice defense experience and a record of first-chair jury trials.
• Admitted to Pennsylvania; New Jersey admission is a plus.
• At this level the firm expects some portable business.
• Plaintiff-side history does not rule you out.
