Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Medical Lead Veterinarian for Double Oak Veterinary Medical Center in Double Oak, TX. You will mentor associate veterinarians, set clinical standards, and partner with the Practice Manager to build a healthy, high-performing team.

You will lead monthly meetings, oversee mentorship programs, and champion growth within a network that supports leadership, CE, and physician development.

Qualifications

• DVM degree and valid state license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor all associate veterinarians, coaching on development goals and production.
• Set clinical quality standards and foster collaboration across the hospital.
• Partner with Practice Manager to drive annual operating plans and EBITDA goals.
• Lead doctor meetings, supervise externships/mentorships, and recruit talent.
• Serve as hospital ambassador in the community and with Mission Pet Health network.
