Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking a Laboratory Technologist for the Day shift at NYP Westchester in Bronxville. You will conduct routine and complex tests across blood bank, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, chemistry and microbiology, with strict QC and documentation.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field, NYS CLT license, and ASCP certification. Full-time position with competitive pay and sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• ASCP certification required.
• Two to three years of clinical laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and complex tests in blood bank, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, chemistry and microbiology.
• Perform quality control procedures and document results; follow up on out-of-range results.
• Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of test results.
• Maintain compliance with laboratory policies and safety procedures.

Skills

2-3 years experience

Education
