Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Technical school or associate degree preferred in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Maintenance.
Minimum of 5–10 years of experience servicing medical gas source equipment.
Current factory certifications on medical gas compressors, pumps, vacuum systems, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, and start new medical gas source equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, rebuilds, and overhauls.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic control systems.
Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, piping drawings, and service manuals.
Complete detailed service reports and maintenance records.
Respond to emergency service calls and participate in on-call rotations.
