Job summary

High Purity Solutions seeks a lead Medical Gas Pipefitter to install high-purity medical gas piping for healthcare and industrial facilities. The role emphasizes brazing, purging, and strict quality standards in a family-owned environment.

You will work in a travel-based field, coordinating with foremen and QC to ensure leak-free systems and regulatory compliance, while developing advanced piping expertise and certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of verified professional experience specifically handling Medical Gas piping.
• Active Medical Gas Certification (or willing to test).
• Experience with medical-grade copper piping and high-purity piping in healthcare/pharma environments.
• Experience performing line purging during brazing/welding.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install medical-grade copper piping per regulatory standards.
• Perform nitrogen purging during brazing/welding to prevent oxidation.
• Route critical process gas systems with safety and precision.
• Protect cleanroom environments from contamination.
• Interpret blueprints and isometrics to ensure accurate dimensions.
• Collaborate with foremen and QC inspectors to verify leak-free systems.
• Prepare for and pass industry certification tests.
