Job description

Senior Medical Equipment Planner - Remote Work Eligible

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Equipment Planner to lead design efforts on complex projects, functioning as a project manager or lead planner with minimal support. This role involves collaborating closely with the project team to provide direction, planning solutions, and client advice to ensure successful outcomes. Responsibilities include project management, medical equipment analysis, design, and oversight of implementation, along with managing budgets, training, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage projects of varying size and complexity
  • Assess equipment needs through client interface and coordinate location on drawings
  • Assist with scope of work, fee calculations, and contract reviews
  • Develop industry relationships and attend conferences
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Prepare billing and financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with standards and quality control
  • Coordinate project scheduling and meetings
  • Conduct equipment assessments and inventory
  • Develop cost estimates and specifications for bidding and vendor analysis
  • Manage change orders and client concerns
