Millennium Physician Group seeks a Medical Economics Lead to own the full lifecycle of data, reporting, and analytics for a large new client. This individual contributor is the SME and technical lead, translating complex clinical, financial, and operational questions into scalable insights and actionable recommendations.

The role drives end-to-end analytical initiatives, designs dashboards, and defines data architecture to support value-based care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Health, Health Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in medical economics, healthcare analytics, or related fields with project leadership.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare claims, medical cost and utilization analytics, and value-based care performance.
• Experience leading analytics for a large, complex client or contract.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Medical Economics lead and go-to resource for end-to-end data, analytics, reporting, and insights for a large client.
• Design and manage analytics roadmap, translating priorities into requirements, measures, and scalable solutions.
• Develop executive, operational, and clinical dashboards and recurring performance packages.
• Establish data architecture, model, and infrastructure requirements for comprehensive reporting.
• Lead complex analyses of medical cost, utilization, quality, risk, and value-based performance to identify drivers.
