The role maintains direct patient care in health center clinics 2.5 days per week and reports to the region's Executive Medical Director.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in outpatient primary care, 3+ years as Medical Director, and board certification in Internal

Formación

• MD/DO/DNP required; board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• DNPs must be certified in a primary care discipline.
• Fellowship in Geriatrics or advanced degrees (MBA, MPH, JD) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, mentor, and align Medical Directors with priorities.
• Guide leaders on performance feedback and daily operational questions.
• Train medical directors on data tools, dashboards, and value-based care.
• Lead interviewing, hiring, and retention of regional providers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve care models.
