Job summary

Blue Earth Diagnostics, a Bracco Imaging subsidiary, seeks an Associate Medical Director to lead medical and scientific aspects of Phase I–IV trials of radiopharmaceuticals. The role ensures participant safety, protocol integrity, and robust data review, reporting, and regulatory support.

Based in Needham, MA with a hybrid schedule, you will guide medical monitoring for insourced and outsourced studies, oversee safety signals, and collaborate across Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, and Clinical

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent medical degree with postgraduate training.
• Current or recent medical registration in US/UK/EU or eligible.
• Experience in oncology, radiology, nuclear medicine or pharma development desirable.
• Knowledge of GCP, pharmacovigilance, safety surveillance and data review.
• Ability to supervise projects and drive timelines in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a global team.

Responsibilities

• Provide study-level medical leadership for Phase I–IV trials of radiopharmaceuticals.
• Monitor safety and integrity of study data; escalate as needed.
• Lead medical input for regulatory submissions, reports and publications.
• Collaborate across Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance and QA.
• Maintain study documentation and drive SOPs and process improvements.
• Present at investigator meetings and engage with KOLs and sites.
