Job summary

Trebla Talent is seeking a Sr./Medical Director to lead clinical strategy and execution for a cutting-edge biotech in San Francisco. The role will require close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to advance rare kidney disease programs.

The successful MD will shape development plans, oversee trial design, interpret data for publications and regulatory submissions, and represent the company in dialogues with KOLs, PIs, and collaborators.

Qualifications

• MD with 2+ years in Clinical Development.
• Experience in rare diseases is a plus.
• Ability to lead clinical strategy and communicate with stakeholders.

About the Company:

Biotech company developing precision therapies for rare/kidney diseases.

Role Summary: We’re seeking a Physician (MD) to help lead clinical strategy and execution. The Sr./Medical Director will help drive the clinical programs forward and represent the company as the primary contact with KOLs, PIs, and collaborators.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop Clinical Strategy – Partner with senior leadership to shape clinical strategy and development plans.
• Design and Oversee Clinical Trials
• Interpret and Communicate Data – Lead the analysis, interpretation, and communication of clinical trial results through publications, presentations, and regulatory documents.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with internal teams (research, clinical ops, translational science) and lead communications with external collaborators.
• Engage with Regulatory Authorities – Serve as a medical representative in regulatory interactions and contribute to the development of regulatory submissions.
