Job summary

Masimo Corporation is seeking an Engineering Project Manager, Sustaining Engineering to lead complex cross-functional projects across the product lifecycle for commercially released Masimo medical devices and accessories.

You will drive execution of sustaining engineering priorities, coordinate design changes, manufacturing transfer, supplier qualification, CAPA and quality improvements, and report progress to executives.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project or program management experience in regulated industries such as medical devices.
• Experience supporting sustaining engineering and product lifecycle activities like design changes and supplier qualification.
• Strong planning, risk management, stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex sustaining engineering and product lifecycle projects from initiation to implementation.
• Manage a portfolio of sustaining initiatives with scope, priorities, schedules, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution of engineering changes and ensure timely implementation.
• Lead manufacturing transfer, obsolescence, supplier qualification, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Provide clear project reporting and executive-level updates on progress and decisions.
