Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Senior Engineer, Reliability to contribute to the Hardware Development and reliability programs. You will plan, design and execute tests to predict product reliability, document findings, and support root-cause analyses within a regulated environment.

The role is hybrid with 3 days per week in Warrendale, PA, offering a strong benefits package including 401(k) matching, paid time off, and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or commensurate experience.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience as a reliability engineer on product development teams.
• Experience with electromechanical assemblies and complex mechanisms.
• Proven capability in data analysis, reliability testing, and test design.
• Ability to create engineering documents including Test Plans, Protocols, and Reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, execute, document and analyze tests to predict product reliability.
• Operate within defined processes in a regulated environment; analyze simple to moderate problems.
• Act as an individual contributor within a large team and exercise judgment per procedures.
• Participate in technical reviews and organize data and documentation for projects.
• Maintain reliability test equipment and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Record results and defects in Excel, Jira or other databases.
• Assist in root cause analysis of field returns and failures.
• Develop and maintain troubleshooting documentation for internal and external customers.
• Develop and execute written test protocols (QALT, Reliability Life Testing).
• Design, fabricate and qualify reliability fixtures.
• Collaborate with Hardware and Sustaining teams to develop testing processes.
