Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Packaging Engineer to join our World Wide Engineering team. You will design packaging concepts for new product launches and existing products, across all stages from concept to launch, including clinical trials and global releases.

You will develop validation protocols, drive packaging technology, validate equipment and processes, and work with cross‑functional teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science with 4+ years industry/education experience.
• Master’s degree in engineering or science with 3+ years industry/education experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative packaging concepts for complex projects from concept to launch, including clinical trials and global releases.
• Develop validation protocols for packaging, shelf life testing, and new packaging technologies.
• Validate equipment and packaging processes; plan sourcing and installation.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and suppliers; ensure design controls and quality compliance.
