Hologic, Inc. is seeking an experienced Director of Program Management to drive new product development from innovation through launch, leading end-to-end program management and serving as Core Team Leader for assigned programs.

This on-site Marlborough, MA role reports to the VP of Program Management Office and Strategic Initiatives. The role requires 12+ years in program/marketing management within life sciences or medical technology, with deep knowledge of stage-gate Product Development and

Qualifications

• 12+ years in program management or related roles within diagnostics, pathology, life sciences, or medical technology.
• Deep knowledge and deployment of core program management skills across complex, cross-functional, new product development programs.
• Track record of delivering commercially successful products exceeding customer and commercial expectations.
• Experience with ISO and FDA quality systems regulations and regulated design and development cycles.
• Lean program management principles highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead program management for one or more new product development programs from innovation through to post market surveillance.
• Define program strategy, conduct scenario planning, and translate strategy into executable plans to achieve objectives.
• Identify and manage program-level risks, assumptions, and interdependencies; lead mitigation planning and issue resolution.
• Escalate risks and decision points with clear options and recommendations to Executive leadership.
• Prepare presentations for internal and external meetings (team presentations, abstracts, posters, management reviews, Board meetings).
• Lead, guide, mentor, and coach cross-functional core teams to achieve high performance.
• Successfully deliver complex programs that match business targets of cost, scope and timeline.
