This role focuses on designing and validating manufacturing processes, conducting data-driven analysis, and driving improvements in a regulated medical-device environment to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and throughput.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline required or preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments.
• Experience creating, interpreting, and modifying engineering drawings using design software.
• Experience conducting statistical or data-driven analysis to support engineering decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Design, document, validate, and improve manufacturing processes for safe, effective medical device production.
• Conduct process qualifications, verifications, and validations per quality system and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, investigate issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges affecting quality, cost, delivery, yield, or throughput.
• Design, develop, procure, and implement manufacturing equipment, tooling, and fixtures with safety compliance.
• Plan, execute, and document engineering tests; analyze results and provide data-based recommendations.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects on process optimization, new product introduction, technology development, and manufacturing readiness.
• Train and provide technical guidance to operators and technicians to support production goals and continuous improvement.
