Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member II to perform assembly and inspection to meet production and quality requirements in a regulated medical device environment in Minnesota. You will set up equipment, read prints, and work under supervision with a focus on safety and accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of related manufacturing experience; knowledge of microscopes, measuring devices, and blueprints is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow detailed written procedures.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including QMS, FDA regulations, policies and procedures.
• Sets up equipment needed for assembly/inspection as per process specification.
• Understands assigned tasks and how they relate to others; works under moderate supervision where duties are clearly defined.
• Assembles component parts per print; utilizes both manual and automated machine operation.
• Visually and/or dimensionally inspects parts with a microscope and/or completed assemblies; identifies quality non-conformances.
• Completes required documentation.
• May package product for shipping.
• Participates in team activities focusing on continuous improvement initiatives (all).
• Expands skill base through on-the-job training and rotations.
• Performs other functions as required.
