Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to understand and interpret instructions, documentation and drawings.
• The ability to operate or set up testing software is preferred but not required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely around chemicals and equipment.
• Stamina to stand and walk within the facility for prolonged periods.
• Aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read measurement devices for inspection (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsabilités

• Apply adhesive, mic-soldering, cut tube lengths, circuit board connections, and mechanical assembly using fasteners.
• Thread components through tubes, packaging, and inspections in a medical device manufacturing environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and support production schedules.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing activities and share improvement ideas with leadership.
• Cross-train coworkers and certify others on processes.
• Back-up Line Lead duties may be assigned.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and minimize waste as needed.
