Biomerics is seeking an Operator II Safety to contribute to daily production in a secure work environment. You will engage in bonding, soldering, assembly, inspections, sealing, and packaging while maintaining documentation per Good Documentation Practices.

Role emphasizes agility, dexterity, and adherence to Biomerics quality and safety standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma and English literacy, with readiness for variable shifts and training across areas.

• Strong attention to detail in daily tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand, move, and lift as part of production.

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks: bonding, soldering, basic assembly, inspections, sealing, and packaging.
• Meet daily/weekly production goals and maintain high efficiency.
• Be trained on at least 75% of area assignments and assist with training others.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and reduce waste across areas.
• Follow safety, quality, and regulatory procedures at all times.
