Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Courier II to join our team in Portsmouth, NH. The role involves picking up, transporting, and delivering medical specimens and lab supplies, with a company vehicle provided for on-route use.

The position requires 3+ years of courier experience, a valid driver's license, and a focus on safety and punctuality. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 1:00pm–9:30pm, with potential weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years driving or courier experience.
• Punctual with strong time management.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Act as a floater for the logistics team, covering various routes.
• Provide route training for new couriers/drivers.
• Assist with dispatch and pickups when needed.
• Load all necessary supplies for daily pickups.
• Complete the daily pickup schedule on time.
• Deliver daily picks to your branch at shift end.
• Handle specimens and lab samples safely.
• Safely operate company vehicle and follow traffic laws.
• Use handheld device to manage pickups.
• Coordinate extra pickups with the dispatcher.
• Evaluate traffic patterns, alternate routes and weather.
