Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Courier II to join our Richmond, VA team. The role involves transporting specimens, loading/unloading, and on-route tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards. Schedule varies, with shifts starting as early as 8am or as late as 4am and potential weekend work.

Minimum qualifications include 3+ years as a driver or courier, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Preferred: high school diploma and customer service experience.

• 3+ years or more experience as a driver or courier.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Act as floater for logistics, providing coverage for routes.
• Assist with dispatch and pickups; load daily supplies.
• Deliver daily picks to branch and handle specimens safely.
• Operate company vehicle and follow traffic laws; use handheld device for pickups.
