Labcorp is seeking a Senior Service Representative/Courier to join our team in Miami. This role involves the pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports, with a focus on providing excellent service to clients.

Position Details:

• Company vehicle provided, with an option to take it home for personal use for $100/month.
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, hours vary based on route; flexibility to work any shift and cover weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Provide coverage for various routes as a floater.
• Train new couriers/drivers on route procedures.
• Assist with dispatch and pickups.
• Load necessary supplies for pickups.
• Complete daily pickup schedules promptly.
• Deliver pickups to the branch at shift end.
• Handle specimens and lab samples safely and efficiently.
• Operate company vehicle safely and obey traffic laws.
• Manage daily pickups using handheld electronic devices.
• Coordinate with dispatch for additional pickups.
• Evaluate traffic, routes, and weather conditions.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 3 years of driver/courier experience required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Punctuality, strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and meet physical demands.
