PRECISION AQ is seeking a Senior Copywriter/Medical Writer to develop medically accurate content for pharmaceutical accounts, in collaboration with internal teams to ensure the client vision is achieved.

The role requires AMA style mastery, 3+ years in medical communications, and strong MS Word/PowerPoint/Acrobat skills. Travel for occasional client meetings is expected, with remote work available.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in life sciences; degree required.
• BA/BS in English with pharma/medical communications experience beneficial.
• Minimum 3 years in medical communications/pharma/healthcare.
• Proficient in AMA style guidelines.
• Excellent Word, PowerPoint and Acrobat skills.
• Familiarity with PubMed and Google Scholar.

Responsibilities

• Serve as content point person on assigned accounts.
• Develop high-quality, medically accurate content in print or digital formats.
• Deliver projects within established timelines.
• Conduct literature reviews and create annotations to support claims.
• Maintain high quality of work aligned with scientific standards.
• Collaborate with account teams to refine content per strategy.
• Communicate medical content with internal teams and clients.
• Attend review meetings and participate as needed.
• Participate in meetings and internal brainstorms.
• Contribute ideas for proposals and planning.
• Mentor junior staff.
• Travel for occasional client meetings.
