Job summary

IQVIA Pharma Review seeks an Associate Director, Medical Review (MLR) to act as the final medical content approver for US pharmaceutical materials. This remote role supports client engagements with occasional onsite visits, leading review teams and providing FDA-aligned guidance within the Medical Quality and Compliance function.

You will represent Medical Affairs on review committees, mentor reviewers, and collaborate with Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial partners to ensure compliant assets

Qualifications

• Advanced science or medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of US promotional/medical review experience with independence.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical/medical device guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Medical Affairs on the content review committee as lead Medical Content Reviewer/Approver of promotional and non-promotional materials.
• Provide expert final approval services aligned with client strategy and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Regulatory, and Legal partners to provide strategic input and drive alignment.
