Job summary

RevHealth, an independent pharmaceutical healthcare marketing and ad agency, seeks an Associate Medical Director to provide medical expertise to clients and internal teams, shaping strategy and content with compliance and scientific depth.

You will lead medical guidance across accounts, mentor junior writers, stay current with literature, and collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality, regulated output.

Qualifications

• Advanced/terminal degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent).
• 3+ years of experience creating scientific/medical content in a client-facing medical lead role.
• Experience developing medical communications and pharma marketing materials.
• Experience with pharma marketing in a commercial setting.
• Strong scientific background with effective communication skills.
• Able to interact with clients and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to multitask and work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive medical strategic guidance on assigned accounts and discuss recommendations with client.
• Ensure high-quality scientific content, clarity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Build relationships with client marketing and medical personnel.
• Mentor junior writers supporting assigned accounts as needed.
• Stay up to date with medical literature and industry changes relevant to brands.
• Maintain the presence of the Medical Strategy and Content Team within RevHealth.
