Job summary

Florida residency is required; CPC or CCS-P certification is preferred; five or more years of coding and billing experience is expected.

You will review documentation, resolve coding issues, support charge capture, and collaborate with providers to maintain accurate records

Qualifications

• Five+ years experience in Coding and Billing, ICD-10-CM and CPT.
• CPC or CCS-P Certification Required

Responsibilities

• Code inpatient and outpatient encounters with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS.
• Review documentation for medical necessity and resolve denials.
• Support charge capture and payor communications with providers.
• Maintain up-to-date coding credentials and comply with AMA/CMS guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure accurate coding and reimbursement.
