Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification/diploma is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preliminary physical tests, take vital signs, and document patient history.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient demographics and insurance information.
• Greet patients and document medications in the medical record.
• Coordinate administrative and clinical support across departments.
• Assist with surgery scheduling and lead daily huddles as needed.
