Qualifications

• 5 years of experience and project management exposure.
• Ability to mentor or support senior teammates.

• Experience at the senior level inside an internship role.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Map each patient's pain across the shift and adjust comfort measures before they ask twice.
• Reconcile each patient's medication list at admission, catching interactions before they reach the floor.
• Coach patients through Initiative and Ventilator Management regimens until the routine becomes their own.
• Triage incoming patients and prioritize cases by acuity.
• Teach Discharge Planning techniques to families taking a patient home, then have them show you back.
• Document skin, falls, and restraint checks on the CA-mandated interval, every interval.
• Verify blood products at the bedside with a second Medical Assistant, sign-for-sign, before any transfusion.
• Coordinate discharge planning and transitions of care.
