You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. during EST time zone business hours as you take on some tough challenges.


This position is full - time (40 hours / week). Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM/EST.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 2+ years of customer service experience with analyzing and solving customer problems
  • Experience with utilizing Microsoft Word (ability to create, edit, save, and send documents)
  • Experience with utilizing Microsoft Excel (ability to create, edit, save, and send spreadsheets)
  • Ability to navigate a computer to open applications, send emails, and conduct data entry
  • Ability to work 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST zone


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within the Healthcare Industry
  • Experience working in a Hospital, Physician's Office, OR Medical Clinical setting
  • Professional experience in a clerical OR administrative support related role
  • Working knowledge of Medical Terminology to communicate with members and providers


Telecommuting Requirements:

  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • Must have existing high-speed internet service (13 MBPS - 20 MBPS downloads)


Soft Skills:

  • Ability to multi - task and problem solve

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
