Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Healthcare Encounter Analyst - Senior to reconcile Pharmacy-generated Medicaid encounters within the State Medicaid Encounters department. You will investigate rejected encounters, identify data integrity issues, and deliver insights to clients.

The role requires strong data analysis, Excel proficiency, and the ability to communicate complex information to clients during recurring meetings. 40 hours per week, full-time, with benefits and a potential bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional work experience with data analysis.
• 2+ years of experience using Excel in a professional or academic setting.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze and correct Medicaid encounters.
• Prepare recurring client metric reports using SAS/AS400 data sources.
• Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders and lead conference calls when needed.
