Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional work experience with data analysis.
• 2+ years of experience using Excel in a professional or academic setting.
• 3+ years of professional work experience in a related field such as data analysis (preferred).
• Previous Medicaid Encounter experience and/or PBM experience (preferred).
• 3+ years experience with Excel (preferred).
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to work independently (preferred).
• Great communication skills for client interactions (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze and correct previously submitted, rejected Medicaid encounters.
• Identify configurations and data trends to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare and present recurring metric reports to clients.
• Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams during meetings.
