Job summary

Northbeam is seeking a Senior Media Strategist to guide enterprise clients in maximizing value from our marketing intelligence platform. You will advise on marketing strategies, media buying, and industry trends, helping clients optimize budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more.

Qualifications

3+ years in an eCommerce growth marketing role.
Experience developing a holistic ecommerce growth strategy through understanding of organic and paid revenue sources.
Experience managing advertising budgets on social media or search platforms in excess of $100,000 per month.
Email marketing experience preferred
Understanding monthly reporting processes and backing into reasonable targets based on unit economics.
Experience managing Meta/Google/TikTok budgets preferred
Agency experience and/or experience in a client-facing role preferred
Bachelor's Degree or similar experience preferred
Familiarity with Shopify, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics and Ads, Klaviyo, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok
Understanding of pros and cons of various in-platform attribution models preferred
Familiarity with tracking script tags and typical digital marketing setup steps
Comfortable with typical project management tools
Comfortable working with Hubspot and other CRM tools
Proficient in data analytics tools

Responsibilities

Strategic advising across Meta, Google, TikTok and other channels
Translate Northbeam's multi-touch and MMM data into digestible narratives that support client decision-making
Guide brands through critical growth moments (e.g., scaling paid spend, improving LTV:CAC, experimenting with new channels)
Onboard new clients and provide ongoing strategic insights for retained brands
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and CS teams to surface product gaps and opportunities
Develop repeatable assets and client benchmarking reports
