About the Role:

As a key member of the growing Media Solutions team, the Senior Manager will help shape the pre-sale process by crafting and presenting innovative, strategic marketing and media solutions for advertising partners. This role calls for a creative, strategic thinker who can translate client objectives into compelling proposals and response strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving a wide range of marketing challenges, and brings both big-picture thinking and attention to detail. This U.S.-based position reports to the Senior Director of Media Solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the RFP/RFI development process in partnership with internal teams at My Code, collaborating closely with Sales, Creative, Product Marketing, and Research.
  • Craft proposals that clearly communicate strategy, creative ideas, value proposition, and My Code’s capabilities in driving client objectives and reaching multicultural audiences—leveraging data and insights when applicable.
  • Proactively develop strategic recommendations to build best-in-class campaigns across My Code’s full digital advertising portfolio.
  • Own key industry vertical(s), partnering with Sales to develop tailored RFP responses and proactive pitch strategies that reflect the unique needs and opportunities of each category.
  • Partner with Editorial, Marketing, and Sales to create proactive, industry-specific solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Planning to inform media strategies and tactics for media plans.
  • Work closely with Account Management to ensure seamless pre-sale to post-sale transitions, including wrap-up reports, insights, and renewal recommendations.
  • Leverage case studies to support sales presentations.
  • Build expertise in internal systems to efficiently respond to sales requests.
  • Immerse in My Code’s media brands and offerings to align media tactics with client marketing goals.
  • Develop a strong understanding of My Code’s research capabilities and how they support campaign strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in ad sales marketing or integrated marketing.
  • Solid grasp of the media landscape, including digital, streaming/CTV, audio, social, and content distribution.
  • Deep knowledge of media planning, buying, and/or ad operations.
  • Experience across verticals; Financial Services or Healthcare, is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for design and a flair for storytelling.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong multitasking skills and the ability to own projects from ideation through execution with minimal oversight.
  • Proven strategic thinker with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and take ownership of deliverables.
  • Proficient in Keynote, Microsoft Suite, and Google Suite; familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, Comscore, and eMarketer is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the multicultural landscape.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $125,000. The salary and bonus structure is determined on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
