• 3–5 years of experience in media buying and trafficking.
• Strong understanding of ad serving, trafficking, and analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and media concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the media planning team to develop integrated, insight-driven media plans aligned to client goals and audience behaviors.
• Own vendor negotiations — securing competitive rates, added value, and preferred placements across media partners.
• Oversee end-to-end media buying and billing across paid channels.
• Monitor campaign performance in real time and optimize to maximize KPIs.
• Oversee campaign trafficking, tagging, QA, and launch readiness across all channels.
• Translate research and data into channel and tactic recommendations.
• Lead day-to-day campaign activation for select clients and mentor junior staff.
