Our Data Activation (Media Analytics) team is a dynamic group of innovators specializing in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth for our clients. We collaborate closely with media and client engagement teams, acting as a bridge between data and decision-making. We're passionate about finding new and innovative ways to leverage data, improve processes, and deliver exceptional results. The Senior Manager, Data Activation plays a critical role in analyzing campaign performance data, extracting key insights, and presenting findings to both internal teams and clients. This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and a passion for data-driven storytelling. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating our Smartsheet ecosystem, which is central to our campaign creation and management process. You will also leverage Tableau dashboards as a primary data source for performance analysis.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. _ $60,000 — $140,000 USDWe believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
