Job summary

Remote Latinos LLC in the United States is seeking a Senior Paid Media Buyer to lead Meta lead-gen campaigns for dealer clients from Latin America. This remote role requires deep funnel understanding and hands-on optimization.

You will analyze CRM data, collaborate with design for testing, and ensure timely delivery across 15+ accounts with a US-market focus. Competitive pay plus performance bonuses after 3 months.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on lead generation in a digital advertising agency.
• Manage 15+ ad accounts simultaneously for U.S. businesses.
• Recent local lead-gen experience in the U.S. with understanding of U.S. consumers.
• Strong command of funnels, customer journey, conversion tracking and CRM data.
• Autonomy: deadline-driven and capable of running multiple accounts independently.
• Experience with Google Search campaigns and PPC basics; GoHighLevel is a strong advantage.
• Automotive experience is a strong advantage; other local lead-gen sectors also useful.

Responsibilities

Job description

At Remote Latinos, we are seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Buyer to join our selection process for a U.S.-based performance marketing agency that helps car dealerships across the country win customers through social media. The ideal person goes past the dashboard: you care about what happens to every lead after the click, read the CRM conversations, and fix whatever is breaking the funnel without waiting to be asked.

Compensation: $1,500–$2,500 USD/month to start, plus performance bonuses once you complete your third month

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time (EST)

Location: 100% Remote – Latin America

What You'll Do

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of hands‑on lead generation inside a digital advertising agency.
• Account Volume: Managing 15+ ad accounts at the same time for U.S. businesses.
• U.S. Local Market: Recent local lead‑gen experience in the U.S., with a solid understanding of U.S. consumers and small local audiences.
• Funnel Knowledge: Strong command of funnels, the customer journey, conversion tracking and CRM data.
• Autonomy: Organized, deadline‑driven and comfortable running multiple accounts without constant supervision.
• Google Search skills: keywords, search terms, negatives, bidding and basic lead‑gen setup
