Job Title: Senior Media Buyer

We are seeking a Senor Media Buyer to drive strategic media planning and execution across digital and traditional channels. This role is ideal for a data-driven, results-oriented media expert with strong negotiation skills and a passion for optimizing campaigns to maximize impact and efficiency. The Media Buyer will collaborate closely with vendors, internal stakeholders, and clients to deliver high-performing media campaigns. Key Responsibilities
  • Media Strategy & Planning

  • Help develop and execute customized media plans tailored to client objectives across digital, TV, radio, print, and outdoor channels.

  • Conduct in-depth channel research and competitive analysis to inform strategic media recommendations.

  • Identify and implement innovative media opportunities, ensuring alignment with industry trends.

  • Negotiation & Buying

  • Negotiate media rates with vendors to secure the most competitive pricing and added value for clients.

  • Manage media contracts, ensuring compliance with budget constraints and campaign goals.

  • Campaign Execution & Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of media buys, ensuring accuracy in booking, trafficking, and deployment.

  • Monitor campaign pacing and implement real-time optimizations to maximize performance.

  • Ensure seamless collaboration with creative, account management, and traffic teams.

  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track and analyze media performance metrics, leveraging tools like GA4, Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and other analytics platforms.

  • Identify underperformance trends and recommend data-driven optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Address under-delivery issues through makegoods and strategic reallocations.

  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Cultivate strong relationships with media vendors and third-party agencies to stay ahead of emerging opportunities.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing proactive recommendations for improving their media investments.

  • Billing & Reconciliation

  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate invoice reconciliation and budget tracking.

  • Resolve discrepancies in a timely manner to maintain smooth financial operations.

  • Reporting & Insights

  • Generate detailed post-campaign reports, analyzing performance data and key takeaways.

  • Present actionable insights to internal and client stakeholders to inform future strategy.

  • Tools:

  • Excellent understanding and use of GA4, Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, and other analytics platforms. Excellent use of Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager 360, Kenshoor/Marin, Facebook Ads, programmatic ads, and other digital advertising channels

Preferred Certifications

  • Meta Certified Media Buying Professional

  • Meta Certified Media Planning Professional

  • Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate

  • Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce Professional Certificate

  • Google Search Ads Certification

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in media planning/buying, with a focus on both digital

  • Proven track record in performance marketing, performance media, or results-driven environments.

  • Experience with pharmaceutical, healthcare, or public health industries is highly desirable.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in media planning/buying tools (Nielsen, SRDS, AdViews, SQAD).

  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager 360, Kenshoo/Marin, Facebook Ads, programmatic platforms.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented and collaborative team player.
