Our staffing agency represents a privately-held Influencer Marketing Agency that is the world’s leading athlete marketplace and NIL technology company. They have enabled more than 10,000 brand campaigns and represent more than 100,00 collegiate athletes.

This 90-employee firm, which has signed lucrative deals with companies like Pepsi, Toyota, Peacock, and EA Sports, is seeking a Senior Media Account Executive to sell $50k to $500k+ influencer and social media campaigns to major brands and agencies. This is a work-from-home role, but you must live in a major media metro area.

Opendorse leverages proprietary technology and a seasoned team to provide full-service NIL campaign execution—managing everything from athlete discovery and contracting to creative approvals, payments, and post-campaign performance reporting.

This end-to-end solution enables brands to launch scalable, authentic influencer campaigns with athletes nationwide, quickly and compliantly, without requiring in-house NIL expertise or additional operational burden.

Role

* Individual contributor role, working from your home office. Up to 40% regional and national travel.

* $150 to $175k base, commensurate with previous revenue performance. OTE is double your base, and the comp plan is uncapped.

* Comp plan includes accelerators, 401(k), medical, dental, vision, parental leave, and company equity.

* You must have experience selling influencer marketing social media campaigns – this is a unique selling motion, and we need someone to ramp quickly.

* Bonus points if you are familiar with NIL, creator marketing, or digital/social media campaigns.

* You have sold custom or conceptual solutions; we don’t sell widgets here, we build unique solutions for each customer, based on their marketing goals.

* Top performers here use a disciplined methodology applied towards driving new business. Ideally, you will have experience selling with a methodology such as The Challenger Sale combined with a highly consultative approach.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a new business role—someone who’s energized by identifying opportunities, opening doors, and building meaningful partnerships from the ground up. You’ll be part of a small, entrepreneurial team focused on helping brands break into this space with thoughtful, creative campaigns.

What You’ll Do

  • Sell custom influencer solutions to brands and agencies that want to tap into the power of athletes, creators, and social media.
  • Own the full sales cycle: Prospect, pitch, close, and grow new client relationships.
  • Help educate the market on how NIL works—and how it unlocks new ways to reach fans through athletes’ audiences.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and target accounts, with the support of a team behind you.
  • Collaborate with marketing, data, and creative to craft smart, exciting campaigns that deliver results.

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of sales experience, ideally in media, brand partnerships, or influencer/creator marketing
  • Strong background in new business development — you’re proactive, resourceful, and comfortable building your own pipeline
  • Confident pitching to brand marketers, media buyers, and agency leads
  • Creative and consultative — you don’t need a fixed product to sell
  • Driven, self-starting, and motivated by hitting targets
  • Excited about working in the sports and media space and ready to grow with a fast-moving team

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Direct experience with national brands or major media/influencer agencies
  • Familiarity with NIL, creator marketing, or digital/social media campaigns
  • A network you can tap into quickly to start conversations
