Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment.

You will design solutions, manage projects, train and mentor technicians, and support the Operations Maintenance Team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This role requires hands-on experience with conveyors, PLCs, CMMS, and strong leadership abilities. Competitive benefits and ongoing development are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• 4+ years of preventative maintenance experience.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years CMMS experience.
• 2+ years PLC programming.
• Experience leading and mentoring technicians.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project.
• Able to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems and controls.
• Create, assign, and close out work orders with labor hours and parts used.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance and mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain positive relations across the Operations facility.

Education

Associates degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical field

MHE experience

Blueprints & schematics reading

CMMS experience

PLC programming

Team leadership & mentoring

Vendor management
