Role Overview

As a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician, you will lead service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will support maintenance projects, design solutions, and mentor technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote safety by following all procedures
  • Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems
  • Lead preventative maintenance and audits
  • Install and troubleshoot relay logic, control components, sensors, etc.
  • Manage work orders and data documentation
  • Develop training and emergency work plans
  • Physical ability to move up to 49 lbs and stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours

Note: Shift assignments depend on operational needs.

Typical Shifts
  • Front Half Day: 4 days on, 3 off, e.g., Sun-Wed, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Back Half Day: 4 days on, 3 off, e.g., Wed-Sat, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Front Half Night: 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM
  • Back Half Night: 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1+ years Microsoft Office experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
  • 4+ years in preventive and predictive maintenance
  • 4+ years repairing MHE or conveyor systems
  • Blueprint & Electrical schematic knowledge
  • Safety standards experience
  • Troubleshooting and diagnostics in MHE systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Shift lead experience mentoring technicians
  • Knowledge of OEM safety standards
  • Basic input/output troubleshooting
  • Experience with CMMS
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Stakeholder coordination skills
  • Vocational or college degree in Mechanical/Electrical fields
  • Electrical and electronic principles knowledge
  • Mechanical/Electrical apprenticeship or experience
  • PLC controls and robotic maintenance experience
  • Project management skills
