Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering.
• 7+ years of product development experience in mechatronic systems.
• Previous engineering or technical leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles and architecture.
• Ability to build trusted customer and cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Systems Engineers with coaching and mentorship.
• Serve as technical leader for complex product development from concept to production.
• Translate customer needs into system requirements and architectures.
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and communicate decisions.
• Guide cross-functional teams through integration, verification, and problem solving.
• Identify risks early and drive engineering solutions across disciplines.
