Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
• 4 years of experience in mechanical design and development with a focus on advanced mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of mechanical design principles, methodologies, and best practices for complex systems.
• Proficiency in CAD software and mechanical analysis/simulation tools to develop and validate designs effectively.
• Experience with materials selection, manufacturing processes, and product testing to ensure design feasibility and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute advanced mechanical design projects for test equipment and test fixtures to support development, qualification, and production ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define complex mechanical requirements and develop innovative solutions.
• Perform detailed mechanical analysis and simulations to validate design integrity and optimize system performance.
