You will shape a world-class function that advances technical capabilities and drives innovative hearing aid platforms. You will recruit, mentor, and manage multi-disciplinary teams, oversee budgets, and partner across R&D to align mechanical efforts with business goals while delivering impact across product concepts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of product development experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams through new product development, research, and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, technical direction, and execution for Mechanical Engineering within Advanced Development.
• Build and maintain a world-class mechanical engineering function with advanced tools, processes, and best practices.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing engineering team.
• Drive innovation in hearing aid technologies, products, and platform concepts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define future product opportunities and align mechanical activities with business objectives.
• Provide organizational leadership through resource planning, budgeting, and department objectives.
• Leverage external partners to expand capabilities and accelerate innovation.
