Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and 5 years related experience.
• Must be a US Citizen with TS/SCI clearance.
• Broad knowledge of electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read schematics, drawings, and test procedures and use related instrumentation.
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain professional behavior.

Responsibilities

• Plans and performs complex tests for production process systems.
• Reviews specifications and manuals to understand system requirements.
• Analyzes data and recommends modifications to improve reliability and function.
• Conducts major performance tests of equipment systems and components.
• Sets up equipment to calibrate and troubleshoot system malfunctions and implements corrective action.
• Coordinates data collection and reports test results.
• Ensures compatibility of instruments with specifications and validity of acceptance.
