Job summary

Loenbro Industrial Services seeks a Mechanical Superintendent - Construction to lead field teams on industrial projects up to $10M. You will plan, schedule, oversee crafts, and coordinate with Project Managers to ensure safety and quality while meeting budgets and schedules.

The role requires 8+ years in industrial/construction and 5+ years in leadership of mechanical trades, with proficiency in HCSS HeavyJob, P6, Viewpoint, and Heavy Bid, plus strong MS Office skills and OSHA training.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
• 8+ years in industrial & commercial construction.
• 5+ years in leadership supervising mechanical trades.
• Experience with HCSS HeavyJob, P6, Viewpoint and Heavy Bid.
• Proficient with MS Office; OSHA training completed.
• Willingness to travel ~75% and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee mechanical construction projects up to $10M.
• Coordinate activities with Project Manager and field crews.
• Review schedules, ensure on-time critical activities, and report progress.
• Manage field issues affecting budget, quality, or schedule with PM staff.
• Lead safety and environmental compliance across sites.
• Forecast costs, monitor labor/equipment, and prepare written reports.
• Develop on-the-job training to improve safety and quality.
• Collaborate with other Loenbro teams to pursue new opportunities.
