Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines is seeking a Mechanical Specialist/Sr Mechanical Specialist in Bremen, KY. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, operation, maintenance, and repair of station equipment including reciprocating and centrifugal natural gas compressors, engines, turbines, and related appurtenances.

The candidate will monitor equipment conditions, perform routine maintenance, and ensure safety and documentation standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years hands-on mechanical experience with natural gas engines and compressors.
• Knowledge of 2- and 4-stroke engines, gas turbines, and related equipment.
• Ability to read and comprehend procedures and drawings.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate and lead repairs on reciprocating and centrifugal compressors and engines.
• Oversee routine maintenance, inspections, and overhauls.
• Ensure OMS database compliance and accurate maintenance documentation.
• Respond to emergencies and support at other stations as needed.
