Responsibilities

• Conduct precision mechanical inspections at client suppliers in Chicago, IL and Midwest.
• Perform inspections of parts, components, assemblies, and materials for conformance.
• Inspect first article and lot samples using surface plate methods as required.
• Use micrometers, gauge blocks, dial indicators, height gauges, and CMMs for measurements.
• Verify documentation packages to industry standards and classify defect types.
