Highland Consulting Group is seeking a Special Projects Manager - Mechanical in the Pittsburgh, PA area. The role involves running projects from conception to completion for a mechanical contractor, handling scope, budgets, and coordination with owners and GCs.

The candidate should have 5+ years of mechanical project management experience, familiarity with piping, HVAC and plumbing systems, and a relevant Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical piping, HVAC and plumbing systems in large projects.
• Ability to lead cross-discipline project meetings and coordinate with owners/GCs.
• Strong communication and budgeting/estimating skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of assigned projects from conception to completion.
• Perform account development and build relationships with customers.
• Work with General Contractors and property owners.
