Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or industrial mechanical project management experience.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, piping, or process mechanical projects.
• Strong scheduling, forecasting, and cost control skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control, profitability, and reporting.
• Develop detailed project schedules and resource plans.
• Oversee subcontractor, vendor, and procurement activities.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
• Identify risks, scope gaps, and value-engineering opportunities.
• Collaborate with estimating, engineering, VDC/BIM, fabrication, and field teams.
• Build relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership to PMs and project engineers and field personnel.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
• Ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance.
