Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combination of construction/engineering experience on commercial mechanical and plumbing projects.
• Minimum of eight (8) years construction management, estimating, and/or trade supervision experience.
• Healthcare or Large Hospital experience highly preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction including technology, equipment, methods, financials, engineering, estimating, schedules and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall technical and administrative management of construction projects from bid acceptance through final acceptance for Mechanical and Plumbing scopes.
• Lead total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design specifications, budget, schedule, and company Core Values.
• Act as liaison between trades and other departments within the project and company.
• Provide field employees with necessary support to complete the project expeditiously.
• Conduct project meetings to ensure planning, communication, and successful execution of project scopes.
• Establish job cost breakdowns and schedule of values to ensure positive cashflow and review monthly billings.
