Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of mechanical projects including documentation, scheduling, procurement, and cost control.
• Conduct change order pricing and negotiate contracts to optimize cost.
• Lead and coordinate project teams with clear communication.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Ensure adherence to corporate/industry standards and practices.
• Manage project budgets and financial reporting for profitability.
• Maintain a safe, OSHA-compliant job site.
• Handle challenging situations professionally and diplomatically.
